I’m Robin. Evidence-Based Nutritionist. Everyday Athlete.
I help ambitious professionals and recreational athletes get leaner, perform better, and build a relationship with food that actually lasts.
I built Everyday Athlete Nutrition because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, high-performing people getting caught up in diet culture, misinformation and quick-fix solutions — and ending up exactly where they started.
My background is different. I’ve spent years balancing the physical demands of military service with the cognitive and professional demands of a high-output career. That experience taught me more about practical nutrition than any textbook — though I’m doing the textbooks too. I’m currently an MNU undergraduate, studying nutrition science at degree level to make sure everything I do is grounded in current evidence.
My approach is simple: I teach you the principles and personalise the methods. No rigid meal plans. No perfection. No dependency on a coach telling you what to eat every day. Just a clear understanding of how nutrition works — and the confidence to apply it in your real life.

What I Believe
Good nutrition doesn’t require perfection — it requires understanding. When you know why something works, you can adapt it. When you can adapt it, you can sustain it. That’s what I’m here to help you build.
I coach collaboratively. I ask questions, I listen, and I build a plan that fits around your life — not the other way around. And my goal is always to make myself unnecessary: to give you the knowledge and confidence to manage your nutrition long after coaching ends.
